Spirit Work/Energy Work

Spirit work and energy healing sessions draw on the living web of relationship between worlds — calling in guides, allies, and helping spirits to support your healing and wholeness. Through sacred drumming, we journey together into the spaces where transformation becomes possible, working with what wants to shift, release, or come into greater alignment. Forest Bathing

Weave your values back into your life, strengthen your inner being with the outward facing self. Claim your divine right to establish a relationship with the more-than-human world. Confront your environmental fears with support and confidence. Cultivate joy by learning to hold space for your fears while engaging with the natural world-the world you belong in.
