Consecrating Stones Zine

$10.00

Stones are the Elders of this Land — beings who have witnessed ice sheets advance and retreat, rivers carve their beds, forests rise and fall. They are the very bones that make the earth. In Ireland there is the belief that the Mother Goddess from Tutha De Dannan, laid her body down to become the Land- the hills and soil are the flesh, the rivers the blood and stones are the bones.

When we bring a stone into our practice, we are not acquiring a tool. We are entering a relationship with a being far older than ourselves.

In this zine, we'll explore consecration as the ceremony that begins and deepens that relationship.
